About Raptor Manufacturing

Raptor Manufacturing is a tooling shop in Wichita, Kansas, the Air Capital. It builds precision tooling for domestic and international manufacturers. Raptor focuses on quality and on-time delivery, and it reinvests profits in technology and growth.

What Raptor builds

The main focus is aerospace tooling. Raptor makes hot form dies, hammer dies, stretch form dies, assembly fixtures, check fixtures, weld fixtures and holding fixtures. It also works in composite, plastic and other materials. See the capabilities on the home page.

The shop

The facility is about 30,000 sq ft and climate controlled. It holds four 5-axis machines, three 3-axis machines, a jig mill, a weld and fabrication department and inspection equipment. Raptor has more than 25 years of experience designing and building tooling. See the full equipment list.

Services

Raptor offers program management, NC programming and machining. Each member of the management team has at least 20 years in machining and tooling.
